How to use J-CAIN:

1. Wash the area receiving the tattoo or laser treatment with soap and water.

2. Apply a hot towel to the skin for 5 minutes and dry the area completely.

3. Apply a thick layer of J-CAIN Anesthetic Cream on the area and rub it in thoroughly.

4. After rubbing into the skin, apply a second thick coat of J-CAIN cream (1/8 or 2-3mm thick) on the skin

5. Cover J-CAIN cream with saran wrap and keep warm. heat under plastic
